High Intensity Training or HIT is a smarter, safer way to stimulate muscle in a minimum amount of time to achieve maximum results.

We have been specializing Safe, Effective, Time Efficient exercise since 1993. During this time we have supervised over 250,000 sessions. Our program (known as High Intensity Training or HIT) focuses on brief, infrequent, intense exercise that has consistently produced maximum results in a minimum amount of time.

Together we will develop a “wholistic” and dynamic Action Plan that stays true to your overall well being and provides the roadmap that will lead you to your goals.
